The park is known for its historic significance in the development of Middle Tennessee. The arboretum is located in Moss-Wright Park, a 147-acre park located on Caldwell Drive in Goodlettsville, TN. Sixty-four (64) trees make up the arboretum which was certified on Jby the Tennessee Urban Forestry Council (TUFC). The Moss-Wright Arboretum is a level two certified arboretum developed in 2019 by the Goodlettsville Tree Committee (previously a sub committee of the Parks and Recreation Board) working in conjunction with the City of Goodlettsville.
